My car is set-up for the strip but i kinda want a lowered stance

Can i have both?

I mean if i lower the car will it hurt my launch?

Also if i get 15X10's and have liek et street on them with some 15X 8 street tires can i handle at all?

Just a genral info rundown would be helpful as i knwo very little about handling
