Few questions
Alright when I get home(I'm in Iraq) I'm going to be doing some suspension mods I've got springs shocks and the whole nine. Anyway I've been looking at a QA1 k-member. Any opinions on it. Eventually I'm going to go coil-over and would they be a good company to stick with. I really like the MM k-member but I don't want to go coil-over just yet and you have to with theres. So any opinions. Next I've been looking at a Baer brake up grade I have no doubt about the quality and I know that I'll be completely happy with them. But I'm not sure if I should stay 4 lug or go 5 lug. I mean I love my pony rims but I guess I could part with them. Now if I go 5 lug I'm looking at the bullet rims, in silver. I plan to run 245/45/17's on it. Will I run into any problems running that tire up front? Sorry this is so long but if you guys have any input on k-members or brakes or what ever let me know. Thanks.

So nobody has any opinions? I'm just looking for ideas, opinions or what worked for you. I just don't want to do the suspension and brakes twice to be happy with it. Thanks.

Go with Griggs or Maximum Motorsport for ROADCOURSE k-members. The other D&D and QA1... are more for the drag race crowd.
4-lug/5-lug is an investment. All new wheels/tires. Ouch! That will determine if you wish to upgrade to 12" 4-lug Baer, or 13" M2300K brakes. See my homepage, as I got TONS of photos of these mods. |
Hey thanks for the reply, so will I have any problems running 17x8's all around probably 245\45's. I'm worried about it rubbing up front. Do you have any problems. Thanks.

245's on 17x8 should fit fairly easily.
I did a LOT of work for 275's on 17x9-1/2" on all four corners!!! |
