Driver side suspension sag

On my '90 GT both the front and rear drivers side sags about 1/2 inch. Is this just a case of worn out springs on this side? Or could it be something else.

Could be the springs themselves. The spring isolators could also have deteriorated since they are rubber.

Check the bushings on both the front and rear control arms. The stock rubber could have deteriorated over time as well.
