Thumbs down Saleen Panhard = POS

Bad things. Last sunday at Waterford Hills road course was the final outing for my Saleen Panhard Bar. Period. It almost cost me a LOT more than two tires and the shock mount I need to replace.

Long story short, the axle mount for this panhard is too flimsy for even light track work on street tires. Mine deflected and cracked, causing the inner fender lip to cut my outside tire and send me into the dirt outside of turn #1. A religious experience, trust me!

Anyway... If any of you are mildly interested in doing the cornering things, spend the extra bucks and buy a REAL panhard from MM or Griggs. The Saleen/BBK is NOT worth the risk. I got away lucky, don't push your luck.
