If the bend in them isn't exactly right so that they butt up flush against your unibody rails, you may have to heat and bend them a little to get them to fit right. I had to do this with the subframes I put on my '79 and it really wasn't a big deal. The only other issue I would see is if they have the cross pieces that support the floor where the seats bolt in. The floor on some of my Foxes tore there before, so I think they are a good feature.
