No really. Determine how much you can afford to throw away. DO you want a completely gutted interior, probably not. Remove the stereo and speakers, maybe?
When I removed the interior of my car (during rollcage installation) I put each piece on a scale: seats, carpet, sound-deadening, plastic pannels... Most everything came out very small, with the exception of under-the-carpet sound deadening. THAT was like 40#.
Lightening the car with new pieces can get expensive. THe k-member and coilovers is a great investment. (I am doing that this winter).
