Default 85 switch to 87 quarter glass

I wanted to switch my 85 quarter glasses to the 87-93 style. New I saw them for 600 a piece. I took a chance and bought a used set off ebay. 30.00 for the pair. I got them in the mail and they are in great shape. The rubber was a little rough around the edges but for the price I can't complain.
But I have never done this myself. I have only been told that you can swap one for the other. Has anyone done this that can tell me anything about it. Is it easy to do. I plan on replacing the seals. Is there any other parts that I will need. Any tools. Any advice would be appreciated.

You have to remove the panels on the inside and remove the nuts on the back of the windows and cut the soft kit (Black tar looking stuff) And remove the windows and get you a window install kit (A soft kit) and reinstall the new ones. Not a very hard swap.

also when you take out the old windows you will need to save the little l shaped clips to use on the new windows.
