Default Lower it 1-1/2" or 2"

Should I lower my car 1-1/2" or 2"? I want good performance and I am willing to sacrific a little ride quality. What are your opinions? Also, as of now I am leaning towards either to Tokico kit or BBK springs with Tokico or Koni shocks and struts. What's your opinions?

Your choice of dampers is good, but for springs I would go with either Eibach or H&R (not sure what springs come with the Tokico kit you mentioned).
