suspension swap
Just bought a 87 coupe to do a v8 convertion, and my donor car is a 89 convertible. My question is can i use the the suspension parts without having any problems, i know when you buy parts they ask if it conv. or hrdtop. It has mac progessive rate springs with kybs all around. Any help would be appriated |

I'm pretty sure that there is a difference in springs, the convert has stiffer ones in the back, but I don't know what, if anything, else there is.

Other than cahssis bracing for the weaker convertible, I dont believe there is any difference in the two V8 cars.
