Default I need the specs(dementions) of you sub frames

Me and Unit were talking and he suggested that subs frame would make my little sqweeks and rattles dissapear. Well me being a cheap SOB, what thinking about building some. My dad welds for a living so he could build them and install them if I had the specs. So do any of you know the specs on you sub frame connectors. Close up pics would be good too if you have those
