Pulleys are definately a great bang for the buck mod. You can't beat anything that will give you a few HP for less than a hundred bucks.
Subframe connectors are also worthwhile. Get ones that weld in-not the bolt in type. Any subframe car will benefit in handling and in getting the power to the ground with a stiffer chassis with subframe connectors.
