Question What suspension parts to buy? (and keep the joy of driving)

Next mod: Suspension......

I want an good lowering (not slammed), and a ride that isn't stiff as riding around on a rock.

Will this combo be ok? if now please let me know what parts I need for that road holding, lowered, suspension with some life in it.... (As my installer says, "don't take the joy out of driving your car".

H & R sports springs
Bilstein Shocks/struts
MM Caster/Camber plates

Additionally... I have a guy who quoted me $300 to install my suspension once I buy it, is that a fair price?
