Back to Ford.... Went from Stang, to Trans Am, to Dakota, to F-150 SuperCrew in 1 year.... Geez....

Here's what I got. Bone Stock 2001 F-150 SuperCrew with 5.4L Trition.

Ideas on opening up intake/exhaust?

I know the usual, K&N/Holley, FlowMaster/Borla, etc... Specifics please, good/bad experiences, etc????
