Default Estimated ET?

Can anyone give me an estimated ET?? I'm really close to finishing up my project

It's a '68 with a 1993 EFI 5.0 HO swap
- B&M AOD transmission 2400 stall
- 9 Inch rear with 3.70 gears ...One legger :'(
Some other simple mods:
- Power pulleys
- Cold Air Intake
- Granetteli mass air sensor
- 1 inch manifold spacer
- Aeormotive fuel rails
- Some other crap I can't remember it all
