Default Lift bars for my 88 vert yes/no

I was flipping through my summit and came across some lift bars for my car for like $160.00 and it says that they will take the place of LCA's and give you better traction. Is this true or should I just buy some LCA's like I was gonna do. And will lift bars work on a lowered car.

My car primarily sees the track way more than the street so a smooth ride isnt much of a concern to me.

lift bars are essentially LCA but they do not bolt right in..you will have to re drill some holes..aftermarket LCA are basically beefed up boxed type so they dont ben aand rid of wheel hop and increase traction...lift bars will twist you rear around a few degress when you lanch and help your rear tires bite into the ground..sounds good in threy and they do work but they eat up control boxes..plan on reenforcing them if you get lift bars..then talk to Rick91GT and buy some of his boxes..they look rear nice and i plan on buying them over the winter
