Post ok, I Need help...

thought i could do it but i couldnt... as you might know i just droped in a new motor... i have been trying to tune it but i just cant seem to get it right... what are the steps to tuning the beast... ie, timing fuel psi, idel screw any thing else i should know!!!
HELP,
