Idling Rough, Rough Starts.

New to the ponies.... I'm having trouble figuring out why my pony idles rough ( sits as if it wants to die out or is possibly choking)... I'm not sure if it's the injectors or a sensor, maybe dirt in the line? can someone help? From complete stop to start moving the car putters along untill it hits about 30 and then it starts to move a little cleaner.

It's a 95 Pony, 3.8 V6 Dohc, No mods one previous owner. Replaced Fuel Filter, fuel pump, Fuel Flush, Cleaned the intake manifold and throttle body, car was running great. Left for probably 2 hours alone and when returned the car had the problems listed above.

Try cleaning the idle air control valve to. Pipe cleaners and brake cleaner work great.
