My new F-150!
Hey guys and gals, just wanted to share a few pics of my new F-150. Now I can finally tow my Mustang to races without having to borrow a truck from my friends.
Here are the specs: 2004 F-150 Lariat 4x4 SuperCab - 5.4L 3V motor 300 HP / 365 ft/lbs - Aspen Green Metallic - monotone - Trailer tow package (class IV) - Reverse sensing system - 3.73 LS w/18" wheels - Tan leather interior w/heated and power front captain seats - Adjustable pedals w/memory seat and pedal positions - Audiophile sound system w/8" subwoofer (this thing ROCKS!) - Skid plates - 35.7 gallon fuel tank - Power sliding rear window & power second row windows Thus far the truck is great. I can't believe how quiet the ride is even at highway speeds. Ford really put some time and effort into this truck. Pics to follow... E

Awesome. Congrats on purchasing the best, toughest pickup currently available. I REALLY love the interior and the entire exterior. Great ride height (clearance). Once again, happy for ya.

When we testing out the 4 wheel? Did you sale/trade-in the Escort? I'm firing up the laptop now! I'll have a chip for you in about an hour! Randy |

Sweet truck!! I got the wife behind the wheel of one and was trying to talk her into it and she wouldn't even give it a chance. I love the way it sits, I like it better than the Avalanche.. the wife loves the Avalanche. She got in, got out and that was it.

Nice Truck. The new truck kicks ***.
I was thinking of getting an 04' F-150, that was, until I saw the 05' Mustang. Now, I think I have to get that instead.

Real nice truck man, I only wish the local dealer around me would even talk about the price. Did they even talk about the price or was it full sticker+ a surcharge?
I know , I know (I am a trader) but the Chevy store made me a deal I could not refuse so got a Chevy Silverado ex. cab 2500HD w/ diesel. By the way,..RBatson...I was in the dog house for two months, I traded in my wifes 02' Avalanche. If the Ford dealer will talk next time, then I will get a Ford. IMO the Ford looks way better then the Chevy, but money always talks when it comes to me, but not enough money in the world for a Dodge! My 2 cents and IMO. |

I ordered it and got it for darn near invoice price! They'll deal with you. Just tell them to cut the crap from the get go and tell them you're ready to buy now. Worked for me.

Now they are probably like that! But 6 monthes ago they weren't. It was either pay full sticker or take a walk! I was a serious as they get, money in hand and everything. Only one out of four dealers were even giving me the time of day and they still wanted regular bank rates (5-6%). GM was 1.9% Well anyway congrats again and maybe I will have better timing next time.

Nice truck Eric. Now go out and replace that towel with some good floor mats! If I could unload my 99' F-150 lemon I'd think about a new one.
