Default Mass Air Sensor Kits

Can anyone tell me if you can upgrade from 19# injectors with the Ford racing Mass Air sensor #FMS-M9000T51. This would be on a 1990 ford Bronco with a Stroker 347. Some say yae! some say nay!
I was under some kind of assumption that if I spent $800 my worries would be over.
