I did a 3.0 to 5.0 swap a bit over a year ago. Pretty good mechanic and help from a welder friend. Took about 2 months. Good site to start is http://www.therangerstation.com/ go to forums and page down to V8 thread.. You are welcome to email me or post here and I will offer anything I can.
