Default 2003 ford ranger

This may be a long shot but i have a question about my dad's 2003 ranger that he just purchased. Off the lot the thing leaned to the drivers side, noticably. My dad brought it up and the service guy blew him off and told him it was within factory specs, i think the guys is just an idiot. Anyway, anyone else ever hear of this or experience a similar problem?

Take it to another dealer. Or ask to speak to the manager of the service dept, not the service writer.

I had an 88 ranger that sat cocked over to one side. It was from me plopping my ass down in the seat on a daily basis (by plopping, I mean plopping, not just sitting). I changed the shocks, and it leveled right out.

How much is it leaning??

There is a factory tolerance, but's kind small, like half an inch. Find level round and measure the wheel arch hight. If its more, you have case.

It leans about an inch to the driver's side no matter where i measure from (wheel wells, door handles, mirrors, etc.)
