Default 2000 ford F150

I have a 4x4 F150 with the 4.2 liter V6. It currently has 150k miles on it. Are there any of you who know if the 4.2's are easily found once mine kicks the bucket? and if so, how much? wouldnt mind having a charger thrown atop mine so it has more power. mine isnt gone yet, but I just wanted to get some ideas so when it does start to have big problems, I have some resources. thanks y'all
