Question Speed Density to Mass Air.....

How much is the kit for this? My friend has a '95 Lightning and is going to supercharge, put a cam, intake. He is hoping to make about 700hp. I have gotten some prices on it, most of it at about $1000. Also is it hard to do this project? Thanks for any help.
