Midwest Shootouts
 

We've got three "Events" on tap for 2004:

Officially listed as the "Midwest Ford Shootouts"...these are open to All-Brands.

They are generally T-N-T days at Tri-State Raceway and Cedar Falls Raceway (Iowa)...along with an Open Comp format race for those wanting some competition as well. The ELIMN8U.COM Open Comp rules can be seen at www.cedarfallsraceway.com for those interested. Both the TNT and the O/C race are open to All-Brands.


Come on out for some good ole tire burning!!!


April 25th Tri-State Raceway
June 25-26-27 Cedar Falls Raceway
Aug. 21st Tri-State Raceway

Update
 

The first race at TSR got rained out and now the June event is fast approaching.

Gate Times for the Cedar Falls Raceway race:

Friday gates open at 6:00pm June 25th
Saturday gates open at Noon June 26th
Sunday gates open at 10:00am June 27th

There is free camping at the track (CFR) for those wanting to make a wwekend out of it!!

Hope to see a few of the MW people there!!

For the June race on Sunday:
Kelly Pellrine from Digital Racecraft may be on site taking pictures from the event...she could also bring her equipment so pictures can be developed and taken home that day. If you want professional pictures of your car here's you chance...post a reply here or at www.mustangcentral.net under the "official" event thread so we can let her know if it'd be worth her time bringing the equipment!!!!!!
The pics she's taken of our car at the heads-up events we've attended have been great!! The prices are very reasonable as well!!!!

Just cleared this with Mike Klemme, the CFR Manager,
The normal T&T fee at CFR is 20.00 per day...If you come in Friday and pay 40.00 at the gate your good for all three days(Fri-Sat-Sun)...it's like running Friday Night for free!!!
Otherwise it's going to be the normal 20 per day....spectators are 10 per day BTW.

Weather looks fantastic people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kelly from Digital Racecraft may foresake going to St.Louis (NHRA race looks like wet weather) and come up to our little event instead...she'd be coming out on Sunday if she makes the trip (has a prior committment on Saturday)...if you'd like the chance to be able to purchase a GREAT pic of your car, she takes great event photos... www.digitalracecraft.com ...
