Players Run - Road Rally from Los Angeles to Miami (02/15/03 - 02/22/03)

There's going to be held a road rally from Los Angeles to Miami in February 2003: the Players Run. The Players Run is held between 15th February 2003 - 23rd February 2003. We even have celebs (for those who care).

For the European fellas: Shipping the cars from Europe to Los Angeles and back from Miami to Europe is going to be organized.

After putting the stickers of the Players Run and our sponsors on your car you are allowed to put stickers of your company on the car, too!

One of the specials: Some of the streets are closed only for the Players Run. Have you ever thought about driving with your supercar as fast as you want on an US freeway? That'll be a blast!

We are also producing a coverage about the Players Run which will be sold to a TV station. Every car will be shown with your stickers in that special. Great advertisment for your company! Besides we're going to produce a Players Run DVD. Isn't that a great benefit participating in the Players Run?

Players will actually finish the mission in another country (but same day).

Entry fee is US $ 7500.- (for one car with 2 persons, so you can share the costs)

Players Run is an 'by invitation only' event. Limit of cars is 100.

Deadline for cars from outside the US (expect Canada/Mexico) is the 31st of December 2002 (Jan 10 2003 if being shipped by air). Deadline for cars already in the US is the 10th of January 2003.

now's my chance to show those guys with lamborghinis, ferraris, shelby series 1s, etc, what my stock 02 GT is made of! rofl....$7500...yikes...can't you just "end up" on the highway when theyre driving and fly down the road with em after they come up on you? lol...

...maybe some of you should check out the road map for it (if you can) cuz im sure someone with a fast stang will be see this from their backyard..

these things are so cool to watch too

is this legal? where is the money going to? $7500? wow thats alot of dough! i'll wait for the DVD to come out to see who gets arrested!

oh btw, is the Playboy girls going to attend? MAKE SURE YOU GET FULL COVERAGE ON THAT!!

The hotels will be the best of the best every night and the events $$$$. Besides we organize at the pitstops hairraising events, too. Players will actually finish the mission in another country (but same day). This is actually expensive, but worth every cent!

Staff size is 20+ and we spend big $$$, actually $$$$ on preparation ... We make sure that this rally will be superior !

Somebody already entered a Ferrari F40, another guy a Dodge Viper GTS (505 hp). One participant is going to ship his RUF Porsche GT2 to Los Angeles.

There should be an award for the driver who's able to beat the RUF GT2.

We can't tell you who's taking part in, but there will be celebs and nice women.

The interest in the Players Run is big. So there'll be another one in the future. But we don't now where we are going to held the next one.

But be a legendary pioneer and take part in teh first Players Run! Until February you have much time to organize everything. Besides you can share the entry fee with your co-pilot and after putting the stickers of the Players Run and our sponsors on your car you are allowed to put stickers of your company or your sponsor on the car, too!

Is there any vechile requirements? Will there be safty requirements, roll cages, 5 point harnesses? My truck is not too fast (ie corvette, viper, ferrari) but it is very stable at high speeds.

You can enter a car which you're allowed to drive on US roads. This rally is held on public roads!

If you don't have a supercar ... Hint: Great costumes are huge bonus

Write into the field where you can tell us a little bit about yourself what costume you're going to wear. It's like in the movie "The Cannonball Run". There are supercars, but also participants with costumes. That is much fun, too!
