Question Mustangs Unlimited Car Event (Atl, GA) This Sunday (8/17): any of you guys going?

Hey, it's possible that there will be about 8-10 mustang folk cruising up there from down here in Augusta (including myself). Just wondering if any of you guys were planning on heading over there. If I go, I'll end up driving '92 up there. Let me know and I'll probably see ya up there.

Hey man how was the event. There was some guys from North Augusta Going but I just got my 2001 Cobra and did not want to drive it to atlanta. Are you going to the one at the Civic center?

Thumbs up

Hey, it was pretty good. What SUCKS though is that I didn't "register" my car. I just parked it with the rest of the show cars (I just went there for fun and public relations), but I know I would've gotten 2nd or 1rst place in the 87-93 (non Cobra) class. I would've had a trophy and Mustangs Unlimited (free) T-shirt. Oh well. Valuable lesson learned....

We had a caravan of a red 95 cobra, white '96 Cobra, green '95 GT, my green over grey '92 GT, a '96 mystic cobra, and a special edition explorer--- of us Augusta/north aug guys.

I didn't know about the one at the civic center. I remember the one they had long time ago (don't know if they have it every year). The last time a mustang event was at the CC, the had some SERIOUS nice cars there--- very high caliber (quality). When is the event at the CC happening?

It is supposed to be The last weekend in August. I think it is like the 30th. A guy named Justin from NA drives an 85 with a 93 cobra engine was telling me about it. MY dad said he heard about it also and he said it was labor day weekend. So I am most likely going. A question off the subject but do you know who Drives the Yellow 1999 or 2001 Cobra in the Clearwater/North Aug. area? Want to talk with him abouts his car. Trying to find as much info about my Cobra as possible. Thanks man.
