Mustang Drag Day 5 @ Los Angeles County Raceway

Sal's Speed Shop is presenting the 5th all FORD/MUSTANG drag racing event at LACR in Palmdale, CA. The event is to held on Sunday, March 9, 2003. We are expecting upwards of 150 Fast Fords/Mustangs to race in 8 different classes, from heads up 10.5 slicks to grudge matches with brackets in between. $20.00 to race. $10.00 to watch. Gates open at 8:00 a.m. Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords plus 5.0 Mustangs and Super Fords will be covering the race. This is our 5th event at LACR, the 2nd of which we will have complete use of the track for ourselves. The event is growing in a positive direction with each subsequent Mustang Drag Day. This will be the second time that MM&FF will cover our event, the first time for 5.0 Magazine. We are geographically closer to LACR, and the staff at LACR have been very instrumental in granting us permission to host our races at their track.
