There are a few Corral people that hang out with us. Theres one that comes to mind. STRANGE is the only way you can describe him. We call him the Gropper (As in Grab), he walks around feeling peoples head rests and seats if you have your window down. He also comes up to us and asks if he can "Feel your CLutch?"

First time he asked me that I though he was a pervert or something. I had to have this mean A$$ look on my face because when I asked what he had said, he kinda cowered and backed away a few steps, and studdered the question again.

Strange.

I tend to frequent the corral quite a bit. Yes some ppl can be pricks but keep in mind there are a lot more ppl posting over there too.

The 2 sites are very different as far as atmosphere is concerned. Prepare for a little ribbing over there, it's all in good fun though.

I went and read your thread, personally, I think you over-reacted to them. They really weren't "ripping" on you they were just poking you a little.

There are some assholes definatly... Ive run into them... Much more friendly here, but it is handy to have more peoples opinions sometimes.

I'm not a huge fan of the corral. There's more people and less answers to questions, and although no one has given me sh/t, i've seen them rip into other people as well. I like mustang works better, but i occasionally browse the corral. There really was no reason for them to criticize the 5.0L emblem in your car, it doesn't look bad in my opinion. Now had you put cobra badges all over your car and spray painted COBRA accross the dash in yellow paint, then that's a different situation.
By the way, i think your car is absolutely wicked and i'd own it in a second.

Calm down DemonGT,

The only time I go over to corral is if someone from here posts a link there ('cause the stuff I see over there I really don't care to get involved with) and many if not most times I see them flaming someone (the few times I have visited there), but this one time it looks like you are overreacting a bit. They were just kinda pokin fun at you man.

Now don't think I'm rippin on you cause I'm not. Don't be so sensitive, especially if you know you like what you've done to your car. It's your car and not everyone is gonna like everything you've done to it, but so what. you don't live to please them, so screw em.

the other guy flamed me cause i put "air silencer removed" in my sig..i thought your sig was for your mods and i consider that a mod since you are "modifying" your car by doing it

I consider mods to be whatever improves your ability to run the quarter mile. I like just linking to my user ride page which basically just lists everything anyway. Removing the air silencer definitely is a mod in my book.
