Default 90 LX electrical problems.

Well i know nobodody likes to deal with electrical problems and i'am definitley one of them. But as of recently my dash lights, and brake lights stopped working(brake lights come on when you apply pressure to the brake but when you let off there are no lights).

I have tested the fuses with a test light, and all seem to check out fine. I really hope i dont have a short somewhere as i no nothing about wiring. She was sitting in the garage for about 2 weeks or so and finally decided to stretch her legs and take her out on the road and as soon as darkness fell i switched the lights on and i have headlights but i have no brake lights, or dash lights at all (even around the A/C, Heater controls) and was just wondering what do you guys think is the problem?
