Default Alarm Uninstall goes Horribly wrong

I would appreicate the help of any Car Alarm / Electrical gurus...
I uninstalled the shitty alarm that came with my car. It was poorly installed and i never recieved the remotes. After i pull the box and some wiring i clean up and try to leave and the car will not start. the starter turns over and the fuel pump primes but i have no spark and i had to have the car towed home. It may be that a remaining alarm wire is grounding out the wire from the coil to the distributor or ignition. I need you help, any suggestions / ideas??

Sounds like the ignition wires were left disconected after removing the starter kill relay on the alarm. Look back at any wires that were disconected and see if any two have the same color codes on the cars wiring harness. Then check if they look like one of the cables comming off the solenoid. If these wires are left disconected the car will do everything except crank. Good luck.
