Default beeping noise from ingition when starting car

I bought my wife a 95 GT and have a slight annoyning issue. The issue is that after I start the car I will get a beeping noise from the ignition. It will beep 3 times and then stop for a couple of secs and then continue to beep 3 times. It will repeat this for maybe 45secs to a minute and then quite. I have made sure both the seatbelts are fastened in case that was it but it did not resolve it. Also, no indicators are lit up on the dash such as 'check engine', ect.

Can anyone please help me figure out what this noise is trying to tell me? THX
