Mach 460 system

Ok here is my question.

My driverside tweeter is blow, dosen't work, crackles and spits everynow and then. Can I put someothere style of tweeter in the little triangle box thing or is that one whole unit that I have to get from ford?

I havent' torn it apart yet mainly cuz I don't want to.

Just trying to get options; whether to redo the tweeters or stay with the door triangle things.

I put a set of Diamond Hex 5.25 components in mine. The tweeters went right in the triangles and the 5.25 fit the door nicely with a baffle from Crutchfield.

While on the subject of the 460, is there a wiring harness available to take advantage of this system with a factory head unit yet? When I first got my 2002 I made the mistake of letting Best Buy put it. First, the cut the plug off my wiring harness, and then after that didn’t work they ran all new wires. My 460 is shot, but at least I will know next time.

Thats a good question....of all places I would of thought that Crutchfield would of had the harness if there is one.
