Default Problems with stock 460

Ok I really love my stock mach 460 6 disc in dash cd changer; I decided to add an amp and sub to my stock setup. I got a rf modulator and hooked it up as insructed. The setup up sounds great but......everytime the head gets turned off my sub makes a rapid loud vibrating, now I have to make sure to turn the amp off before I turn the radio off or turn off the car. Can someone tell me what I can do to fix this or am I screwed. (RF modulator, I think thats what its called, makes it possible to tap into the signal going to the stock speakers and converts it to a RCA signal for my amp)

Just run a remote turn on/off wire from the deck to your amp, how does it turn on now? did you just run an AC line back to the amp?
