Default Out of power?

I have a Pioneer DEH-1400 Deck (45w x 4), Kenwood 6x8's (rated 200w) and Rockford Fosgate 5.25" 's in the doors. All original wire. Problem is, when I turn up my stereo 2/3 or up, my deck lights "pulse" and my speakers some REALLY bad. I had an audio guy adjust it and he said I need an amp to push my speakers. My speakers are only rated 200w max and 45w RMS. Can anybody tell me what I need?
