Default CD Player Problems

I have the Mach 460 sytem in my 01 Bullitt. I bought the new Metallica cd today and it will not play.

This is the first time this has happened with a new cd. Sometimes when I listen to a cd on my computer I can no longer get it to play in the car (it skips consistently).

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks, Sean

The Metallica cd plays in my home stereo. I'm able to play other cd's in my car.

Hummmmm. Do other CD's play? Try playing your St. Anger disk in another CD player. Maybe it's just a manufacturing error with the CD.

Maybe it's Metallicas new copyright protection technology. LOL j/k

That is weird, have you cleaned your lens in the cd player lately? Do other cd's work fine?

Did you do a straight burn from CD to CD, or did you burn it from your hard drive from a .wma file? And what software are you burning with?
