Default I need electrical help...

My 92' 2.3 LX was hit a week and a half ago, so I took the insurance money and bought an 89' GT. It runs well but my foglamps don't wok, the horn doesn't stop when I put a fuse in and most of all my instrument panel doesn't light. All of the other lights like battery, oil, check engine, ect...light when I turn the key, it's just the ones that help me see how fast I am going at night that don't work. Anythoughts? How about bulbs? My old LX had one light out and only half of the panel light up. Please help...Dean
