Yeah, a friend of mines bought some Fosgate speakers and 1200watt amp from them. No problems. I believe if a part is defective you can send it back to them or to one of the repair shops they have and get it repaired. Not sure on details as she hasn't had any problems. The pricing is good. Only shopped there that one time though............
