Alarm problems
I've had a thread going in windsor power about having problems starting my car. It turns out that the problem is directly related to my alarm. How can I disconnect my alarm and still be able to start my car? The alarm has a kill switch built into it. I know that if you just unplug it, it will never start. Is there a certain sequence you have to go through, or a certain wire to unplug first? Thanks for the replies.

Your kill switch is more than likey more like a on/off switch. Interupts the signal going from the key to the starter. More than likey two wires going into the alarm. You need to find the two wires and splice them together. Then ditch that alarm.
alarm Key-------------{/}---------------starter Key-------------{/}---------------starter ....................|___| .............(bypass the alarm)
