Dashboard swaps
I have a 85 mustang gt. the exterior has been changed to a 89. To complete the look i want to put a 89 dash in. The wiring for the guage cluster is not the same. Has anyone done it that can point me in the right direction? Thanks

I don't mean to discourage you, but from what i hear it's a nightmare. The harnesses don't match up so you have to re-wire almost EVERYTHING. I'm sure if you got wiring schematics for both your car and the car you got it out of that you can figure out where all the wires go, the only advice that i can give is give yourself lots of time to plan and prepare before hand. I don't have personal experience doing this, but i've heard of other people doing it and having to do ALOT to get it to work. Good luck!
