Default Red light question

Hi, I got a '95 stang coupe v6, and up at the clock there is a red light that stays on. I've checked the manual, internet, went to car sites to look at pictures of other stangs too see if they have it too and i cant find out what this light is for. It doesnt show it in the manual. At first i thought it was an alarm but i followed how to activate the alarms and it doesnt work so it cant be for that, second i thought maybe it was a smart key light to detect if its the rite key trying to start the car or not, but the key i use is a copy. Anybody have any idea. thanks

Default Re: Red light question

That's a aftermarket LED someone added. Your car probably had a aftermarket alarm in it one time.
