Question Whistle sound after O/R h-pipe install

So, I put on the h-pipe ,which was a pain in the @$$. Now I hear a whistle or whining sound when I give the gas, but normal driving and idling I do not hear anything. I have the stock headers and cat back system on the car, but it all looks sealed at all the flanges. Anyone have this problem?
