Unhappy i thought it was my brake shoes

my right rear brake was making a sound. it was a metal on metal sound and it did not sound healthy. so today i pulled the wheel off and to my dismay i found that my drum was split in two. it is a clean break and now i have a bigger problem of adjusting and fiddleing to make it work with my spare drum. (it's always nice to have a spare mustang or two laying around if you need parts for your falcon with all due respect to the mustang the best muscle car ever built)
