Default static in speakers

I get static in my speakers only when the engine is running. It's not engine noise but just some crackling static that I can hear slightly in the background. When the engine is off then it plays great with no static. What is causing that static I hear and what do I do to fix it?
This is the system I have:

Alpine CD head unit (35wx4)
Clarion 6.5 door speakers (200w max.)
Jensen 6x9 speakers in rear (150w max.)
passive crossover network
2) 12inch JL audio subs
Alpine V-12 amp(150w)......powers the door speakers & 6x9's
Alpine V-12 amp(300w)......powers the subs
