Default Strange radio problem..

Hi all,

I haven't posted here in a long time and couldn't log on as my old name (My9250gt). I have a small annoying problem I hope you can help.

I have the a Pioneer HU hooked up to a Alpine EQ, off the EQ I am running a 2 ch PPI amp for my 12'in sub, all the other speakers are stock ford speakers going thru the stock amp behind the radio. here is the problem....I installed a battery relocation kit the other day and ever sice then when the car is off and I turn the key to ignition or run everything works as it should, BUT as soon as I start the car and the engine is running the stock amp will not turn on. All I hear is the subwoofer in the hatch playing. I have had the system for over a year now and I never had any problems, till the relocation install.

I have checked all my grounds and cables in the fron next to the coil and startor solenoid, I even tried grounding the amplifier case but that didn't work. any ideas?

Thanks.
