my appology for using profanity towards your advice. its just when i cleaned the engine and it removed the finish, i got pissed and ran to the computer in rage. in no way did i intend for the profanity to be directed towards you as an individual. as for anyone out there superclean IS safe for black plastics and most of the car except for the items that have aluminized finishes. i would have sent you a personal message appoligizing but something will not let me! good luck to anyone detailing their car.

Yes, thanks for the apology. I had already sent Win895.0 a private message or two about how sorry I am that Super Clean took the finish off of a bracket.
