Post Can the hood insulation piece be cleaned?

I'm getting ready for our local Mustang show, July 8th, and while my engine compartment is starting to look really nice the hood insulation piece is not. I haven't tried anything yet because I was afraid of making it look worse. I want to get it looking new again. Does anyone know of a way to clean this?
Also, does ford sell the under-hood sticker that tells about the engine? It's not looking too well either.

I suggest buying a new (factory) hood insulation piece. 5 minute installation.
$58.65 + S&H from Mustangs Unlimited.

Not sure about the under-hood engine sticker, as Mustangs Unlimited only has emissions decals up to 1990.
Other aftermarket distributors may carry them, or check with a Ford dealer. Should be cheap, either way.

That's what I figured, although I was really hoping to get by without having to buy a new one. Thanks for the info.
