Default changing the stock grille and emblem

another cosmetic that i want to do on my stang is replacing the stock honeycomb grille and emblem with something like the ones used with Cobras, only that i'll maintain the running horse emblem.

i looked quick at the grill - is it hard to take that thing off? i saw top screws, but for sure there are hidden/bottom screws somewhere there. hope someone has a documented step/guide on how to do it? kinda like a 'changing grilles for dummies'

plus, where would you guys recommend i buy these things? cal-mustang? steeda?

thanks!

Cool :)

My GT came w/ no grille, so I put one on. It was not difficult to put in...and the grille came w/ Step by step instructions...I also replaced my grille emblem w/ the Flaming Pony Emblem...which I love. And if i'm not mistaken, a new hood latch came w/ my grille I believe....
I want to say I got the Honeycomb grille from California Mustangs, and the flaming pony I think from either there or Mustangs Unlimited...They are both good to order from. And again, check out MM&FF and you will run across alot of other places that have what you are looking for!! Good Luck! Topless
