Talking clay

I am a self proclaimed tight @ss but after i wax my car i still had bumps in the paint so i went to o'rilyes to find some clay but didnt want to fork over 15 bucks for the kit. i kinda know the guy that works there and got it for 6! man what a difference it makes! problem is they give you this lil bitty baby bar of clay. where can i buy a bar thats not in the kit? how much is it? what kind is best?
