Post color change

does anyone know how much a body shop would charge to repaint a car and change the color from red to white?
I don't like that dark red at all!!!!!

4 cyl converted to 302
comp cams cam, ported GT 40 heads, Edelbrock intake, holley carb
Turbo coupe rear with 355's
4 inch cowl hood
still in the process of converting

Anywhere from $39.95 at some quicky place like MAACO to a few thousand if done right.

The prep is a large part of the job and if the body isn't prepped right the paint job suffers. Low-buck shops do minimal surface prep and sloppy painting with inferior paints. Expect to pay at least $1000. and probably much more for a decent paint job.
For estimates; stop in a few shops and jusk ask...they'll be glad to discuss it and give you an estimate.
