Default 87-93 cowl panel replacement/trepair???

My notchback is super clean inside and out except for some crappy body work done on my cowl panel.

Obviously the previous owner had the hood fly back and dent the hell outta the cowl panel. Then they tried to fill in a deep dent with bondo and as you would imagine it looks like crap.

Also the windshield wiper assembly that is under the cowl panel is all screwed up as well.

I am debating trying to weld in another cowl panel or fix the one in the car the right way (i.e as little bondo as possible).

Anyone know who sells the windshield wiper assembly. Not the actual windshield wipers but the part that they attach to.

Thanks,
